Viltrox AF 35/F1.2 LAB FE

The AF 35mm F1.2 LAB is the second full-frame lens in the LAB series from Viltrox. This wide-angle, low-aperture, autofocus lens is designed for Sony full-frame mirrorless cameras with E-mount.

The integrated advanced Viltrox optical technology provides excellent resolution and beautiful bokeh at F1.2 aperture. The low aperture greatly increases light transmission, allowing sharp, noise-free images even in challenging low-light conditions. F1.2 aperture produces a beautiful blurred background, with soft and smooth bokeh and no optical vignetting at the edges. The lens is designed to effectively reduce onion-ring bokeh artifacts.

At the same time, even at maximum aperture, the lens maintains exceptional sharpness across the entire image area, ensuring consistent image quality throughout the frame. This ensures excellent detail retention for possible cropping in post-production. With a minimum focusing distance of 0.34m, the AF 35mm F1.2 LAB is also ideal for close-up photography.

The AF 35mm F1.2 LAB lens is equipped with four Viltrox HyperVCM motors that significantly improve autofocus speed and accuracy. Whether you're shooting static subjects or tracking dynamic motion, the lens achieves fast, quiet and accurate focusing.

The lens features an optical structure with 15 elements in 10 groups: 5 ED lenses, 3 high refractive index lenses, 2 UA lenses. Even in strong light, the lens provides excellent colour reproduction and contrast. It also controls chromatic aberration very well, effectively reducing purple or green fringing in high contrast conditions.

The AF 35mm F1.2 LAB lens features a customizable color display that allows users to personalize settings via the Viltrox Lens app. Features such as trigger animation effects and parameter previews give the lens a unique identity while providing a whole new level of control. The color display can show real-time information such as lens aperture and subject distance, increasing shooting accuracy.
