The Camera Cage for Sony ZV-E1 Lightweight Kit in black combines the full cage with the Tilta Compact NATO Top Handle. Compared with the cage alone you gain a second grip for low-angle shots and further 1/4″-20 threads with a cold shoe for an external monitor. The removable Arca-Swiss plate covers horizontal and vertical shooting and the rig stays compact.

The Camera Cage for Sony ZV-E1 Lightweight Kit is the same full cage with a NATO top handle added — the rig stays compact but gains a second grip and more mounting points.

How it differs from the cage alone: compared with the Full Camera Cage for Sony ZV-E1, this kit adds the Tilta Compact NATO Top Handle and a 1/4″-20 screw to NATO rail adapter.

The cage works with the original Sony wireless shooting grip for a lean handheld vlogging rig. It also sits on the Tilta Mini Table Top Tripod.

Protection against rotation

The camera body and the accessories are secured through dedicated mounting points. More contact surface between body and cage keeps the rig from twisting — which matters most with a wireless follow focus motor.

Purpose-built microphone mounting

The cage is designed around the Sony ECM-W2BT wireless microphone, so the audio part of the rig stays out of the way.

Ergonomics for creative work

The shape of the integrated handgrip is based on feedback from professional photographers. The hold stays secure on longer handheld takes.

Two colour options

The cage is available in black and in silver.

The cage acts as an extra layer of protection for the camera body and carries the accessories at the same time: cold shoe, NATO rail, M3 threads for lens support and 1/4″-20 threads with locating pins.

The included NATO top handle clamps onto the NATO rail and makes low-angle work easier. It carries further 1/4″-20 threads and a cold shoe, for an external monitor among other things.

The detachable Arca-Swiss quick release plate mounts on the bottom and on the side of the cage, so you move between horizontal and vertical shooting without tools.

The cage also accommodates an external cooling system, which extends continuous recording time; the cooling unit is not part of the package.

Ports, buttons and the battery compartment stay accessible without removing the cage.
