Teradek Bolt 6 Monitor Module 1500 TX

Teradek Bolt 6 Monitor Module 1500 TX is a wireless transmitter designed to attach directly to SmallHD Cine 7, 702 Touch and Indie 7 Smart monitors. It transmits up to 4K30 10-bit 4:2:2 with near-zero delay over the 5GHz and 6GHz bands and shares power and video with the monitor to reduce on-set cabling. The 1500 TX version reaches up to 1,500 ft (457 m) line of sight, giving a compatible receiver more placement freedom away from the camera.

Video up to 1,500 ft

The Bolt 6 transmitter module mounts directly to a SmallHD Smart 7 monitor. It turns the on-set picture into a 4K HDR wireless feed without a separate transmitter box or unnecessary interconnect cables.

Part of the monitor build

Mounting between the monitor and battery plate lets the module share power and video with a compatible SmallHD monitor. Cine 7, Indie 7 and 702 Touch are supported; wireless camera control is configured in the monitor interface.

Up to 1500 ft range

The 1500 TX uses two included external 2 dBi antennas. It offers up to 1500 ft (457 m) line-of-sight range and one transmitter can serve up to six receivers.

Production-ready signal

Video up to 4K30 in 10-bit 4:2:2 HDR has under 0.001 s delay without format conversion. AES-256 encryption with RSA-1024 key exchange protects the link.

5 and 6 GHz where available

Band selection helps in crowded RF environments. 6 GHz requires local regulatory availability and a compatible Bolt 6 receiver; Bolt 4K systems use the supported 5 GHz mode.
