The Telycam Explore SE Advanced 4K60p PTZ Camera is a high-end professional PTZ camera featuring a 1/1.8" 9MP CMOS sensor, 30× optical zoom, and multi-format outputs including NDI®|HX3, 12G-SDI, HDMI 2.0, SFP+, and USB-C, designed for broadcast, live production, and immersive VR workflows.

The Telycam Explore SE Advanced 4K60p PTZ Camera is a premium-grade imaging solution built for demanding professional environments such as broadcast studios, virtual production, live events, and immersive VR applications. At its core is a 1/1.8-inch 9MP UHD CMOS sensor combined with a powerful image processor, delivering crisp 4K video with excellent color accuracy, dynamic range, and low-light performance.

Equipped with a 30× optical zoom lens, the camera allows for precise close-ups and wide shots without sacrificing image quality. Its advanced optics (f=6.91–214.64 mm, F1.35–F4.6) provide a wide range of framing flexibility, making it suitable for large venues, stages, auditoriums, and multi-camera productions.

The Explore SE stands out with its extensive connectivity options. It supports simultaneous output over NDI®|HX3, HDMI 2.0, 12G-SDI, 3G-SDI, SFP+, and USB Type-C, enabling seamless integration into modern IP-based workflows as well as traditional SDI infrastructures. This versatility makes it adaptable to hybrid production environments.

For virtual production and XR/AR applications, the camera supports FreeD protocol, allowing precise camera tracking data to be used in real-time rendering systems such as Unreal Engine and other virtual studio platforms. Combined with support for NDI and high-bandwidth IP streaming protocols, it is well-suited for advanced live production pipelines.

The camera also features professional-grade image controls including 2D/3D noise reduction, WDR, gamma correction, backlight compensation, and flexible exposure and white balance settings. Its high-performance PTZ mechanism provides smooth and accurate movement with wide pan/tilt ranges and fine positional accuracy (0.1°), ensuring reliable framing control in dynamic environments.

With PoE++ support, the Explore SE can be powered via a single Ethernet cable, simplifying installation while maintaining robust performance. Additional interfaces such as RS232/RS485/RS422, tally support, and dual audio inputs (mini XLR with phantom power and 3.5mm line-in) further enhance its integration capabilities.
