The Sony FE 28-60mm f/4-5.6 is a highly portable and versatile full-frame zoom lens designed for photographers and videographers who value compactness and performance. Covering a useful focal range from 28mm wide-angle to 60mm short telephoto, it is perfect for everyday shooting scenarios such as landscapes, street photography, portraits, food photography, and vlogging.
Despite its small size, this lens delivers strong optical performance thanks to three aspherical elements that help reduce distortion and optical aberrations while maintaining sharpness across the frame. Its 7-blade circular aperture produces smooth, natural-looking bokeh, making subjects stand out beautifully against blurred backgrounds.
The lens features a fast and quiet linear motor autofocus system, ensuring smooth and accurate focusing—especially beneficial for video recording and real-time eye autofocus on Sony Alpha full-frame cameras.
