The SmallRig FSD18 FreeSpeed Tripod (5578) combines rapid deployment, heavy-load stability, and precise fluid motion control for professional videography. The tripod’s 3-section carbon fiber legs (Ø18mm) with a 2-2-1 segment configuration provide a strong yet lightweight structure, while the standard 100mm bowl base ensures compatibility with fluid heads and quick-release plates from Manfrotto and DJI.

The fluid head features a 7-step counterbalance mechanism and independent 4-level tilt and pan damping, supporting a safe load of 15kg (33.1lb) and a maximum load of 17kg (37.5lb). Its working height ranges from 89.8cm to 200.5cm (35.4–78.9in), enabling smooth high-angle shots. Quick one-step leg deployment knobs make height adjustments fast and efficient.
