Product description
The SmallRig 1674 multipurpose U-base bolts a camera down with a 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 screw and carries 15mm rods at 60mm spacing for a follow focus, matte box or lens support. It suits the Sony FS7, A7 and Canon C300.
This low profile base plate is a simple and light base plate for the current popular cameras, such as Sony FS7, Sony A7 series, Canon C100/C300/C500 etc. It attaches to a camera with a 3/8"-16 or 1/4"-20 screw. The base plate features 15mm diameter and 60mm spaced rod holes that allows you to mount a follow focus, matte box, lens support or other accessories.
It is specifically designed to keep the weight down and let the operator use the FS7's inbuilt shoulder pad, minimizing the amount of extra weight and gear needed for a rig. With 1/4''-20 & 3/8''-16 threads on bottom, this base plate can be attached to any tripod.
