Balanced receiver-to-camera connection

The CL 500 converts the line output of compatible Sennheiser portable receivers to a balanced three-pin XLR output. The locking 3.5 mm jack plug stays securely connected to the receiver, while the XLR-3M connector plugs into the XLR input of a camera or recorder.

Sennheiser specifies compatibility with EK 500 G1/G2 and EK 2000 (G3) receivers; the cable is also listed as a compatible service part for EK 500 G4 receivers.
