Operating on a 1.9 GHz DECT platform with up to 1,640 ft range, it includes a master base console and 16 single-ear headsets with AI noise cancellation, delivering clear, hands-free communication for live events, broadcast, and industrial environments.

The Saramonic WiTalk BASE-V16 is a high-capacity wireless communication solution built for professional production environments where large teams need seamless, real-time coordination. It combines a WiTalk9 Base-V master console with 16 WiTalk9-SRH single-ear remote headsets, forming a scalable and robust intercom ecosystem designed for film sets, live events, stadium production, theater, and industrial operations.

At its core, the system uses 1.9 GHz DECT wireless transmission, providing stable, interference-resistant communication with an extended operating range of up to 1,640 feet (500 meters). This makes it suitable for large venues and complex production layouts where mobility and reliability are critical.

The system supports full-duplex communication, allowing all users to speak and listen simultaneously without push-to-talk delays. This ensures natural, uninterrupted communication flow between crew members, improving efficiency in fast-paced environments.

Audio clarity is enhanced through ClearTalk AI-based noise cancellation, which reduces background noise and improves voice intelligibility even in loud or RF-heavy environments. Each headset is equipped with high-quality microphone systems and ergonomic single-ear design for situational awareness and comfort during long shifts.

The WiTalk Base-V16 system is designed for scalability and operational flexibility. It supports up to 16 users per base station and can be expanded up to 64 users by linking multiple base stations via LAN cascading. This allows teams to scale communication coverage across multiple rooms, floors, or even entire stadiums and outdoor venues.

The base console allows configuration of up to 8 independent communication groups, with users able to switch between 2 active groups at any time. This feature is particularly useful for multi-department productions where different teams must coordinate independently while still maintaining system-wide communication access.

Each headset includes dual quick-release batteries, providing extended runtime of up to 15 hours per charge. The system includes two multi-bay charging stations, ensuring continuous operation throughout extended production days. The base unit is powered via a V-mount battery system, enabling portable deployment without reliance on fixed power sources.

Designed for durability, the system features IPX5-rated water resistance and Level 3 wind resistance, making it suitable for outdoor and demanding environments. Aviation-grade cooling gel earpads and ergonomic headbands ensure comfort during prolonged use.
