Sennheiser SKM 6000 BK digital handheld transmitter for the Digital 6000 system in the A5-A8 range (550–638 MHz). It is intermodulation-free, so channels can sit in an equidistant grid, and its switching bandwidth reaches 88 MHz. Standard capsule interface for Sennheiser and Neumann heads, AES 256 encryption and a magnesium housing. Supplied without microphone head and BA 60 battery pack.

A digital transmitter for big stages

In Long Range mode the SeDAC codec delivers clean, artefact-free sound with full dynamics. Link Density mode with the SePAC codec fits up to five channels into a single megahertz.

A microphone head for every voice

The standard capsule interface accepts microphone heads from the evolution wireless G3, 2000 and Digital 9000 series as well as the Neumann KK 204 and KK 205. Neither head nor battery pack is included, so you can configure the set for each singer and stage.

Intermodulation-free, even at full capacity

The transmitter electronics prevent mutual interference even with many transmitters in a confined space. Channels can be laid out in an equidistant grid, making full use of the available spectrum.

Two transmission modes

Long Range with the SeDAC codec for maximum range and quality, Link Density with the SePAC codec for a crowded spectrum.

Digital 9000 compatible

In Long Range mode it works with the EK 6042 and EM 9046 receivers, in the Digital 6000 system with the EM 6000 and EM 6000 DANTE.

Display and controls

The backlit LCD shows battery status, frequency or channel name, button lock and encryption. Settings can be transferred from the receiver via infrared.

Power as you need it

The BA 60 battery pack lasts up to 5.5 hours and shows the remaining time in hours and minutes. For rehearsals, the B 60 battery compartment takes AA batteries.
