RGBlink IC4

The RGBlink IC4 is a professional UHD 4K60 IP-based KVM transmitter/receiver that enables real-time HDMI video, embedded audio, and USB keyboard/mouse control to be extended over standard LAN/WAN networks or fiber. Designed for control rooms, events, and presentation environments, IC4 delivers low-latency performance, flexible control options, and powerful video processing in a single compact unit.

IC4 carries HDMI video up to 3840 × 2160 at 60 Hz, audio and keyboard-and-mouse control (KVM) over a LAN or optical fibre. The same unit serves as a transmitter at the source and a receiver at the screen, making it a building block for control rooms, dispatch centres and presentation systems.

KVM over the network up to 4K60

Video is encoded as H.264 or H.265 and travels over copper or Gigabit fibre via the LC connector; both paths can run as mutual backup. On one output the receiver shows up to 16 layers with splicing, scaling, overlay and roaming, and a keyboard and mouse connected to the receiver control the remote computer.

Status on an OLED display, power over PoE

The front 0.91" OLED display shows the unit status without a computer. The rear has an HDMI 2.0 input, HDMI output with loop-through, four USB-A ports for KVM, RS-232/RS-485 and IR/I/O control on Phoenix terminals and a 3.5 mm audio input and output. It runs from a 12 V / 2 A adapter or over the network cable via PoE 802.3af.
