PTZOptics Studio 4K 12X

PTZOptics Studio 4K fixed camera with 12x optical zoom and 4K60 video in a compact body. NDI HX3, 3G-SDI, HDMI 2.0, USB-C and IP streaming outputs, digital ePTZ with presets, SuperZoom up to 24x and single-cable PoE+ power.

The PTZOptics Studio 4K 12X is a compact fixed camera for studios, classrooms, meeting rooms, courtrooms and secondary positions in larger productions. It captures up to 4K at 60 frames per second, lets you pan and zoom the frame digitally with ePTZ, and streams over the network via NDI HX3, SRT, RTSP and RTMP. A single PoE+ cable powers it.

Discreet and ready for work

At 145 × 76 × 78.5 mm and 0.68 kg, the body disappears on a tripod, shelf or mount. The camera is built for 24/7 operation.

Every output on the back

HDMI 2.0 up to 4K60, 3G-SDI up to 1080p60, USB-C 3.0 and Gigabit Ethernet with NDI HX3. Plus 3.5 mm line-level audio in and out and RS-485 control.

A new shot without moving the camera

ePTZ digitally pans and zooms a crop within the sensor and saves it to presets. In 1080p mode, SuperZoom doubles the zoom reach to up to 24x.

Control from anywhere

The camera is ready for PTZOptics Hive, so after a one-time link you can control it from a web browser anywhere in the world. Update firmware directly from the camera and save picture settings to your own profiles.

Wide view

A 72.5° horizontal field of view covers the whole scene, while 12x zoom closes in to 6.9°.

One cable

Video, control and power over PoE+ (802.3at), or a 12 V DC adapter.

Tally light

Green shows preview, red shows on air – with any NDI-compatible switcher.

Two streams

A main stream up to 3840 × 2160 and a lower-resolution second stream, H.264 and H.265.

From wide angle to telephoto. Across its full zoom range, the camera covers the whole scene as well as the detail at its far end.
