Nikon NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/2.8 S

The NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/2.8 S is a professional S-Line standard zoom with a constant f/2.8 aperture for full-frame Nikon Z cameras. It is extensively weather-sealed and features an OLED information panel, a customisable L-Fn button, and ARNEO and Nano Crystal Coat. A dependable lens in any light.

True depth

The large-diameter Nikon Z mount, 9-blade rounded diaphragm and constant f/2.8 aperture deliver stunning results in any light. Capture striking sunstars around lights and natural-looking blur that transitions smoothly towards the edges of the frame.

Sharp close-ups

Sharpness is exceptional at close range. The minimum focus distance is 0.38 m throughout the zoom range, so the whole scene is yours, from nearby subjects to infinity.

No flare, even against the light

The 17-element, 15-group optical design renders detail perfectly even with point light sources. ARNEO Coat and Nano Crystal Coat suppress ghosting and flare from light entering from multiple directions.

Brilliant optics for connoisseurs

This versatile lens has 17 elements in 15 groups, including 2 extra-low dispersion ED glass elements and 4 aspherical elements. Nano Crystal Coat and ARNEO Coat minimise reflections. The f/2.8 aperture delivers exceptional low-light performance, the multi-focus system allows precise autofocus and manual focus, and the rounded 9-blade diaphragm makes exactly the right things stand out.

OLED display and customisable controls

The OLED information panel on the lens shows aperture, focus distance, exact focal length and depth of field. The zoom and focus rings offer pleasant resistance, the silent control ring sets aperture or exposure compensation, and the L-Fn button can be assigned any of 21 functions, such as focus lock, metering or bracketing.
