Manfrotto MBOOMAVR Aluminium Extension Boom for 360° Cameras

The Manfrotto MBOOMAVR is a lightweight yet sturdy aluminium extension boom for 360° and VR cameras weighing up to 1.5 kg. Four sections with fast M-Lock twist locks extend it from a travel-friendly 61 cm to 200 cm, making it useful for elevated views at events, on location, in construction documentation or survey work. Interchangeable 1/4″ and 3/8″ top threads accept different imaging devices, while the lower 3/8″ socket connects securely to a compatible base.

The four-section aluminium construction combines a low 0.52 kg weight with a 1.5 kg safe vertical payload. It closes to only 61 cm, making it practical to carry between shooting locations.

FAST M-LOCK TWIST LOCKS

Ergonomic rubber M-Lock collars operate quickly and hold each section securely without slipping. Fully extended, the boom reaches a maximum height of 200 cm.

1/4″ AND 3/8″ FOR DIFFERENT CAMERAS

Rotating the upper disc switches between 1/4″ and 3/8″ male attachments. The lower 3/8″ female thread connects to the compatible Manfrotto MTALUVR base; during setup the boom must remain vertical, within a maximum 5° deviation.
