The Manfrotto FF3249 Telescopic Post (60–128 cm) is a spring-balanced, self-locking suspension pole for Manfrotto Sky Track and Autopole systems. With female 5/8" receivers at both ends and smooth crank-handle height/weight adjustment, it provides effortless, precise vertical positioning of lights or accessories from 1.5 kg to 12 kg.

The Manfrotto FF3249 is a professional telescopic suspension post designed for overhead rail systems and Autopole setups where smooth, counter-balanced height adjustment is essential. Extending silently from 60 cm to 128 cm, it uses an internal spring mechanism that automatically locks at any height and can be fine-tuned for perfect balance via the integrated crank handle (clockwise/counterclockwise). Both ends feature female 5/8" (16 mm) baby receivers with safety plugs and positive-locking levers. Ideal for suspending pantographs, lights, softboxes, or monitors directly from Sky Track carriages or between two Autopoles without the bulk of a full pantograph.
