The Manfrotto 622B is a professional-grade, black aluminum microphone stand with an ultra-stable base and air-cushioned center column, reaching 195 cm tall yet folding to just 108 cm. At only 2.8 kg, it combines rock-solid stability with remarkable portability—making it the go-to stand for location sound recordists, boom operators, and studios who need a lightweight, tall and completely wobble-free mic support.
The Manfrotto 622B is the black version of Manfrotto’s legendary “tall folding mic stand” used on film sets, concert stages and broadcast studios worldwide. The large triangular aluminum base with folding legs gives an extremely wide footprint while collapsing compactly and the air-cushioned 35 mm center column prevents sudden drops when loosening the collar.
