Product description
Manfrotto Gim-Pod MVGBF-CFSSKIT adds detachable, three-section aluminium legs to the GimBoom for a quick switch from moving boom shots to tripod support. Twist locks and a 3/8″ anti-rotation connection make the setup compact and easy to handle, with a 6.5 kg payload, 400 g weight and 46 cm closed length. An optional Micro Arm can hold a monitor. GimBoom, gimbal and other shown equipment are sold separately.

Boom to tripod
Gim-Pod adds detachable, three-section aluminium legs to the Manfrotto GimBoom. Switch between moving boom shots and tripod support without carrying a separate full-size tripod. GimBoom is sold separately.

Switch to static shots
Deploy the twist-lock legs when you need a static shot, then fold them against the GimBoom for the next move. CNC-machined, anodised aluminium and rubber feet combine compact carrying with dependable support up to 6.5 kg.
Monitor within reach
The 3/8″ anti-rotation accessory connection accepts the optional Micro Arm to position a monitor where you can see it. The dedicated knob allows one-handed attachment, even with a gimbal mounted. Arm and monitor are sold separately.
A compact kit for changing setups
At 400 g and 46 cm closed length, the Gim-Pod is easy to carry with your GimBoom. Its folded profile is only 7 cm, and the legs can remain attached when travelling or changing locations. It is designed for filmmakers and photographers who need both dynamic and static shooting from one support system.
The universal 3/8″ connection with anti-rotation helps keep attached accessories in position. For an optional MOVE quick-release setup, use the dedicated MVAQR-GIM-PLATE levelling plate together with the compatible MOVE base; the base alone is not the complete Gim-Pod mounting solution. GimBoom, gimbal, camera, Micro Arm, monitor and MOVE components shown in workflow photographs are not included.
