The Manfrotto 148KN is a handy set of five nickel-plated steel reducing bushings that instantly convert any 3/8"-16 female thread (tripod heads, Super Clamps, arms, etc.) to a standard 1/4"-20 male screw, making it the perfect quick-fix adapter for mounting cameras, small ball heads, or accessories on gear that only has the larger 3/8" socket.

The 148KN set contains five precision-machined, nickel-plated steel reducers—each just 5 mm tall—with a 3/8"-16 female thread on the bottom and a 1/4"-20 male thread on top. They are the classic “emergency” adapters every photographer and grip keeps in their kit: drop one into a 3/8" hole on a 400/405/410 geared head, Super Clamp, Magic Arm, or light stand and you instantly have a standard photo tripod screw.
