Libec REC-LA LANC Start/Stop Remote Control

The Libec REC-LA is a remote record trigger for LANC cameras and recorders, including Atomos and Blackmagic Design recorders with a built-in monitor and Sony, Canon, JVC and select Panasonic cameras. Its clamp (Ø 10–45 mm) attaches to a gimbal, rig or pan handle, it runs on a CR2032 battery and has a 1 m cable, so you start recording without letting go of the grip.

Just plug it in

Connect the remote to the LANC terminal of a camera or a recorder with a built-in monitor and start shooting. There is nothing else to set up.

Battery operated

The REC-LA needs no power from the camera and lasts a long time on one battery. It uses an industry-standard CR2032 cell that is easy to replace.

Works with Atomos recorders too

Unlike conventional remote controls, the newly designed REC-LA is compatible with Atomos recorders with a built-in monitor. It also controls Sony, Canon, JVC and select Panasonic cameras with LANC protocol.
