The set brings together the filters most often used with this kit, so they need not be bought one at a time and all mount the same way. Exactly what is included is listed below. The filters can be used individually, depending on what the scene calls for.

The three cover protection, reflections and long exposure: the UV glass shields the front element, the polariser takes the sheen off water and glass, and the ND1000 cuts ten stops, so seconds-long exposures are possible in broad daylight and water or cloud can be blurred.
