The Tilta Full Camera Cage for GoPro HERO11 is an aluminium cage that wraps the action camera on every side and gives it mounting points it does not have on its own — a 1/4"-20 thread with locating points and a cold shoe. The side panel opens on a single lock, so battery and card change without taking the camera out. It measures 84 × 62 × 32 mm. The manufacturer lists the cage for GoPro HERO 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13.
The Tilta Full Camera Cage for GoPro HERO11 does two things at once. Rubber pads inside protect the camera from scuffs and knocks, while the threads and cold shoe it adds get the camera onto a cage, a suction cup or an articulating arm.
The cage wraps the camera body all the way round and carries rubber pads inside. Lens, screen and buttons stay accessible, so the camera is operated as usual.
The side swings open and clicks shut in one movement. Battery and memory card change without taking the cage apart or removing the camera.
The cage adds a 1/4"-20 thread with locating points and a cold shoe while keeping GoPro’s folding mount. It therefore fits a tripod head as readily as the original accessories.
The opening to the USB-C port is part of the design: the camera can be charged and a GoPro mic adapter connected without taking the cage off.
An adapter ring for 52 mm circular filters is sold for the cage, so an ND filter or a circular polariser can go on the camera.
