Cartoni Focus 8 Red Lock System MS

The Focus 8 Red Lock System MS is a complete camera support for set-ups of up to 8 kg. It combines the Focus 8 fluid head with a two-stage aluminium Red Lock tripod, a Smart Lock mid-level spreader, pivoting rubber feet and a soft carrying bag. The whole system weighs 5.8 kg and works at heights of 66–167 cm. It suits lightweight digital cinema and news cameras.

Red Lock: fast to deploy, locked solid

The two-stage Red Lock tripod is light, deploys superfast and its positive position locks hold the legs firmly, so speed never comes at the cost of stability. The Smart Lock mid-level spreader and pivoting rubber feet are included.

Patented counterbalance

The Focus 8 head features patented continuously variable counterbalance and fluid drag on both pan and tilt.

Manfrotto and Sachtler plates

The camera mounts on a sliding camera plate compatible with Manfrotto and Sachtler plates.

±90° tilt

The head works across a ±90° tilt range and at temperatures from −40 to +60 °C.
