Keep focus and framing under control on site

The FW568 has a 6" IPS panel with 1920x1152 resolution, 500 cd/m² brightness and a 1000:1 contrast ratio. A 160° viewing angle horizontally and vertically means the whole crew can see the picture. It is light, so it also suits a gimbal or a stabilizer.

True colour

Rec.709 standard

The monitor is calibrated at the factory to the Rec.709 standard, so colours are accurate and you do not have to mentally compensate.

Button operation

The buttons are laid out so you can work them without looking. The F1 and F2 keys take whatever function you assign — focus assist, image flip and so on.

4K HDMI input and output

The monitor takes a signal up to 4K HDMI from a camera or a DSLR and passes it on through the loop-out — to a second display or to a recorder.

Mounting

On a camera, a cage or a desk

The FW568 has standard 1/4" mounting points, so it goes on a camera, on a cage or stands on a desk — at whatever angle you need to watch from.

Power

Battery or mains

There is a 12V DC input on the side and space for a battery plate on the back. The F970 plate is supplied as standard; D28S, D54 and U60 plates are available on request.

Assist tools

Check field separates the red, green and blue channels and a monochrome view; image flip works horizontally, vertically or both at once. Plus focus assist and other exposure tools.
