This DZOFILM Pavo set contains six 2× anamorphic cine primes for Super 35: 28, 32, 40, 55 and 75mm at T2.1 and 100mm at T2.4. After de-squeeze they deliver a 2.39:1 frame with neutral horizontal flares and oval bokeh. All share a 95mm front diameter and 0.8 gears, an interchangeable PL/EF mount and a feet scale, and they come in two hard cases.

Product description

This DZOFILM Pavo set contains six 2× anamorphic cine primes for Super 35: 28, 32, 40, 55 and 75mm at T2.1 and 100mm at T2.4. After de-squeeze they deliver a 2.39:1 frame with neutral horizontal flares and oval bokeh. All share a 95mm front diameter and 0.8 gears, an interchangeable PL/EF mount and a feet scale, and they come in two hard cases.

Six focal lengths for a full shooting day

Focal lengths from 28 to 100mm cover interior wides, medium shots and close portraits. Each lens weighs 1.2 to 1.7kg, so they can also go on a gimbal, Steadicam or drone.

One look across the series

All six lenses have a 2× squeeze and neutral horizontal flares, so shots from them cut together in both rendering and colour. The 100mm is T2.4, the others T2.1.

No re-rigging between lenses

All six lenses share a 95mm front diameter, M86 thread and 0.8 gears – the matte box and follow focus stay put when you swap lenses.

PL and EF mount

The lenses come with a PL mount and 52mm flange distance. Each one is supplied with an EF bayonet (44mm) plus screws, shims and a screwdriver.

Two cases

The lenses come in two hard cases, each holding three lenses and their accessories.

Back focus on the lens

Back focus can be fine-tuned directly on the mounted lens. With the Marlin 1.6× expander the lenses also cover full frame.
