After de-squeeze it delivers a 2.39:1 widescreen frame, horizontal flares in the Neutral version and oval bokeh. It has an interchangeable PL/EF mount, an imperial focus scale in feet and inches and weighs about 1,203g. The lens is 106.3mm long.

The DZOFILM Pavo 28mm T2.1 is a 2× anamorphic cine prime for Super 35 (31.5mm image circle). After de-squeeze it delivers a 2.39:1 widescreen frame, horizontal flares in the Neutral version and oval bokeh. It has an interchangeable PL/EF mount, an imperial focus scale in feet and inches and weighs about 1,203g. The lens is 106.3mm long.
Cinemascope from a compact lens
At 106.3mm long and around 1.2kg, the 28mm suits handheld work, gimbals and drones. Its 95mm front diameter, M86 thread and 0.8 gears match the other Pavo lenses.

The classic anamorphic signature
Horizontal flares and oval out-of-focus highlights give the image a widescreen cinema look; the fast T2.1 helps at night and in interiors.
Focus from 0.4m
Close focus is 0.4m (1 ft 4 in) from the sensor plane, with 270° focus rotation.
14-blade iris
Manual iris with 79° rotation, range T2.1–T22.
A unified series
A 95mm front diameter, M86 thread and 0.8 gears, as on the other Pavo lenses.
Interchangeable mount
The PL mount can be swapped for EF; the Pavo Interchangeable Mount Kit is sold separately. The scale is imperial (feet).
PL mount
With the PL mount and its 52mm flange distance the lens fits cinema cameras. The focus scale is imperial (feet and inches).
EF mount
The PL mount can be swapped for EF with a 44mm flange distance; the Pavo Interchangeable Mount Kit EF is sold separately. The 95mm front diameter and 0.8 gears stay the same.
