The Sirui Nightwalker 16mm T1.2 is a compact manual focus cine lens for Super 35 and APS-C sensors in the L-Mount mount. The T1.2 aperture lets you shoot in low light without high ISO, and the lens suits landscapes, night skies and tight interiors. On full frame it equals about 24mm. Geared rings and a 67mm filter thread shared with the other focal lengths speed up lens swaps.

Fast 16mm cine lens for Super 35

The Nightwalker series combines a T1.2 aperture with an aluminum alloy body. With a minimum focus distance of 0.3 m, the 16mm covers landscapes, starry skies and tight interiors without exaggerated distortion.

T1.2 for night shooting

Less fill light and no extreme ISO: the T1.2 aperture delivers clean, low-noise night footage and turns the lens into a tool for run-and-gun shooting.

14 elements in 5 groups

Two aspherical elements, three ED elements and two high refractive index elements keep sharpness, distortion and aberrations under control.

270° focus throw

The 77.6mm focus ring with a 270° rotation allows fine, precise focus pulls by hand or with a follow focus.

Stepless aperture

The declicked aperture ring changes exposure smoothly during a take, without steps. The aperture has 13 blades.

585 g

The sturdy aluminum alloy body protects the optics and, with a light camera, makes a handheld or gimbal setup.

Wide angle without exaggerated distortion

The 16mm captures vast landscapes, starry skies and scenes in tight interiors. A precise optical design keeps distortion under control, so the shot looks natural and smooth.

16 and 75mm complete the series

On a Super 35 sensor the 16mm is equivalent to about 24mm on full frame. The wide-angle 16mm and the portrait 75mm joined the earlier 24, 35 and 55mm focal lengths. All of them have a T1.2 aperture and come in black or metal gray.

The optical design keeps the image sharp even at T1.2. Shallow depth of field separates the subject from the background and renders soft bokeh that adds expression and aesthetics to the shot.

A consistent set

The whole series shares a uniform 67mm filter thread, a 77.6mm focus ring with a 270° rotation and identical gear positions, so lens swaps are quick. Color rendering and image quality are matched across the series, available in classic black or metal gray.
