VP-633

The VP-633 SDI repeater can extend the range of the SDI signal by an additional 200m (when using high quality cables). Four "repeaters" can be used in a single chain to achieve a distance of up to 1000m (again using quality cables). The repeaters have no delay in the chain.

In each chain, the VP-633 must be the first member as it has its own power supply and can also send power over the SDI cable to the other VP-634

repeaters, which are passive and do not require power. It is not possible to use only VP-634 or only VP-633 in the chain.

The VP-633 and VP-634 signal amplifiers are ideal for projects where it is necessary to send HD/SD-SDI signals (video with embedded audio) over longer distances (live concerts, sporting events,...). For longer distances (more than 1km) fiber optics are probably more suitable but for distances up to 1000m you don't have to change your workflow with VP-633 and VP-634 and you can use your existing cables. The length of the cables between each repeater depends on the quality of the cables used.

VP-634 is a small and compact passive SDI signal amplifier (3G, HD, SD) and can extend the SDI range by an additional 200m (length dependent on cable quality). It uses the power supply from the VP-633 as a power supply, which must be in daisy chain.
