Datavideo TP-800 Portable Conference Teleprompter

The Datavideo TP-800 is a portable conference teleprompter for presenters, moderators and speakers. Its integrated 15-inch LCD monitor runs dvPrompter Plus, so scripts can be prepared and controlled without a separate computer. Import RTF scripts from a USB flash drive or manage them through a web interface on the local network, with text formatting, multi-script playlists and real-time updates.

The adjustable 50/50 beam-splitter glass presents the script clearly while allowing the speaker to address the audience or camera. The stand adjusts from 45 to 161 cm. HDMI input lets the unit also serve as a monitor, and HDMI output feeds another display. Power it with the supplied 12 V adapter or an optional V-Lock battery. A hard transport case supports frequent moves between events and production locations.

Standalone script control

dvPrompter Plus is built directly into the 15″ monitor. Scripts can be managed via a web interface on a local network, text formatting can be adjusted, multiple texts can be organized into a playlist, and changes can be made in real time. Text can also be imported from a USB flash drive in RTF format.

Flexible Inputs and Power

The HDMI input allows you to display video from an external device and use the TP-800 as a monitor; the video can simultaneously be sent out via the HDMI output. Power is supplied by the included 12V adapter or an optional V-Lock battery. Multiple TP-800 units can be synchronized via HDMI or Ethernet.
