One screw decides the whole rig

A lost or damaged screw means the camera does not sit securely on the shoulder. A spare set is cheap insurance.

Three kinds of fasteners

The shoulder mount kit is attached to the URSA Mini with two ¼″ slotted screws for the shoulder base, two ¼″ hex socket screws for the top handle and four M3 screws for the viewfinder adapter plate.

Tools and tightening

You need a flat screwdriver, a 3/16″ hex key (top handle) and a 2.5 mm hex key (viewfinder plate). Do not overtighten the screws, as this can damage the thread.
