A Tilta battery plate for the DJI High-Bright Remote Monitor with a V-Mount battery mount. It bolts to the back of the monitor with two 1/4″-20 screws and runs it from an ordinary production battery, so the monitor lasts a full shooting day without a single extra cable. The plate converts the battery voltage and protects the monitor against overvoltage. It slides sideways across the monitor over a 32 mm range. Aluminium and silicone, 246 g.

The battery plate bolts onto the back of the DJI High-Bright Remote Monitor and replaces its small internal battery with a standard production battery. Tilta builds it in two versions — V-Mount and Gold Mount — so you can use the batteries already on your cart. The plate converts the battery voltage to what the monitor needs and protects it against overvoltage.

Both versions have a release pin next to the battery mount, so the battery comes off in one movement and never drops on its own. The plate is bolted to the monitor with 1/4″-20 screws and further 1/4″-20 threads stay free for accessories. On the V-Mount version the release pin sits on the side, on the Gold Mount version at the top hook.
The plate is held to the monitor by 1/4″-20 screws, not just by sliding into the shoe. The full weight of the battery therefore hangs on the screws rather than on the monitor’s contacts and its own mount — which is exactly what this connection protects. On a heavier rig on a gimbal or a car mount that is the difference between working calmly and watching for something to fall off.

The plate slides sideways across the monitor over a 32 mm range. You can line the centre of gravity of the whole rig up right above the mount — on a gimbal that means less balancing, in the hand it means the monitor does not tip to one side. Loosen, slide, tighten again.

The battery sits above the connectors, not across them. The expansion module for the DJI Remote Monitor and the cables running into it stay within reach, so you do not have to pull the battery to re-patch anything. The plate is built for this monitor specifically, so nothing overhangs and nothing covers the controls.

The plate is universal — it takes ordinary V-Mount or Gold Mount batteries. Tilta shows the YC-BP0980SM, YC135 and RL-I30S as examples, and the batteries you already run on the camera fit just as well. A full-size battery keeps the monitor alive far longer than its own small pack, without a single extra cable.
The plate is built for the DJI High-Bright Remote Monitor only; it does not fit other monitors. The battery mount is fixed by the version and cannot be swapped — a V-Mount plate cannot be converted to Gold Mount or the other way round. Screws and a hex screwdriver are in the box; the plate needs no external cable and no power adapter.
