Product description

The Sennheiser GA 6042 BA accupack adapter lets you power the EK 6042 receiver away from the camera from two BA 61 battery packs. It screws onto the GA 6042 BP backpanel adapter, which it requires, and the pair of packs lasts more than 4 hours. Either pack can be replaced during operation while the other takes over. The receiver shows the charge status and remaining time of both packs.

EK 6042 in the bag, on batteries

The EK 6042 with the GA 6042 BP backpanel and GA 6042 BA adapter measures approx. 135 × 90 × 44 mm. It fits a sound bag or sits next to a portable mixer.

Uninterrupted power

The packs slide onto the adapter until they click into place. When one runs low, replace it while the receiver keeps running on the other – recording and transmission continue.

What you need

The GA 6042 BP backpanel adapter, two BA 61 battery packs and, for charging, the L 60 or the L 6000 with the LM 6061 module.

Fitted with two screws

The adapter slides onto the correct side of the backpanel, its connector mates with the accupack socket and two screws secure it.
