The Viltrox AF 15mm F1.7 Air for Nikon Z delivers an 84.9° angle of view, equivalent to roughly 22.5mm on full frame. It naturally connects a strong foreground with its surroundings for travel, street, landscape, interiors and vlogging.

F1.7 for light and atmosphere
The large aperture helps in cafés, evening streets and interiors. It also creates a naturally soft background, separating the subject from its surroundings even with a wide-angle view.
A wide view for video
Low distortion, minimal focus breathing and smooth focus transitions support a natural result when shooting handheld. The lightweight setup stays comfortable during longer vlogging sessions.
Air means travelling light
The lens weighs approximately 195g and keeps a compact 65mm diameter. It takes little room in a bag and remains pleasantly balanced on a smaller APS-C body.
Clean contrast against the light
The 12-element, 10-group optical design uses 3 ED, 3 HR and 2 aspherical elements. Multi-layer coatings help suppress flare, ghosting and colour aberrations.
Fast, quiet autofocus
The STM motor supports eye and face detection and smoothly follows people, animals and spontaneous street action. Internal focusing keeps the lens length constant.

A metal mount, water- and dirt-resistant front coating, EXIF transmission and a USB-C firmware port give this lightweight lens practical everyday durability.
