The Vaxis Storm 1000S Wireless Video Transmission Kit provides professional-grade, ultra-low-latency wireless video monitoring for film and broadcast production, transmitting full HD 1080p60 signals with visually lossless quality and less than 1 ms delay across a robust 1148' (350 m) line-of-sight range. The compact transmitter includes one 3G-SDI input, one HDMI input, and one 3G-SDI loop-through output, enabling seamless integration with cameras like the ARRI ALEXA Mini via 0' mode for instant playback. Each of the two included receivers offers two 3G-SDI outputs and one HDMI output, with full HDMI/SDI cross-conversion supported on the transmitter. The system operates across 20 selectable channels in the 5.1–5.9 GHz spectrum (20/40 MHz bandwidth), allowing users to scan and lock onto clean frequencies via bright LCD screens on all units. Multicast capability enables one transmitter to feed multiple receivers simultaneously, and full compatibility with Vaxis Storm 058, 800, 2000, and 5000 systems ensures scalability. All units feature durable metal housings, internal antennas, side-venting cooling fans, 1/4"-20 mounting threads, and support timecode and metadata passthrough.
