The VariZoom QuickJib 2 Kit (VZQUICKJIB2KIT) is a professional-grade camera crane designed for filmmakers who want high-quality, reliable motion shots at an affordable price. This extended version of VariZoom’s entry-level crane system includes a QuickJib arm, a quick-attach boom extension, a VZTCR100 fully-machined tripod, and a VZDCR150 dolly, providing everything needed for stable, fluid crane shots in the field or studio.

The QuickJib is built for tool-free, rapid assembly. Its captive clamp extension system allows for fast length adjustments without tools, while stainless steel quick-release pins with lanyards prevent parts from being lost. The lightweight yet rigid jib minimizes wind resistance while providing smooth tilt and pan motion via sealed radial ball bearings at the tilt base and high-performance sleeve bearings at the camera platform.

A telescoping counterweight section adds flexibility for balancing various camera setups, reducing the amount of counterweight needed in tight spaces, or fine-tuning stability. The brake system allows precise, variable drag without risking sudden lockups that could destabilize the jib.

The TCR100 tripod is custom-built for crane use, with a solid machined baseplate, heavy-gauge tubing, and oversize leveling feet, ensuring ultra-stable support.
