Slide in a 2230, 2242, 2260 or 2280 SSD and you have fast external storage. M-key and B&M-key drives are supported; B-key drives are not.

USB4 at 40 Gbps

The USB4 host connection moves data at up to 40 Gbps and the SSD reaches read and write speeds of up to 3700 MB/s. A 3 GB file transfers in about 1 second.

Two USB-A and two USB-C ports

Connect your mouse, keyboard, USB drive, external hard drive and more. The USB-A and USB-C ports run at 5 and 10 Gbps.

SD/TF 4.0 card reader

Read both cards at the same time at up to 312 MB/s. Cards of up to 2 TB are supported, ideal for importing photos and video from a camera.

HDMI 4K60 and audio

The HDMI output carries 3840 × 2160 at 60 Hz, so you get smooth visuals and multitasking across two screens. The 3.5 mm jack is for a microphone or speakers.

PD 3.0 charging

The dock supports PD 3.0 fast charging with a 100 W input (recommended) and an 85 W output for laptops and other devices.

Aluminium and active cooling

The aluminium base plate carries heat away quickly and an adjustable fan with a ventilated mesh design helps keep the SSD at an optimal temperature. Operation is quiet – you will barely hear it at 30 cm.
