The U-shaped groove holds the Cka plate firmly, and you can mount and remove the camera with one hand. Both a 1/4" plate and a GoPro plate are in the box, so it handles phones, action cameras and other gear.

The integrated Cka quick-release system with a U-shaped groove allows one-handed, fast attachment and removal of cameras and devices. The aluminum ball head with 360° rotation lets you shoot from any angle, and the rotatable cold shoe takes microphones and small lights.
