The Ulanzi MT-81 combines twin aluminum legs, a center spreader and a fluid head rated up to 8 kg. It is made for interviews, documentaries, events and the studio.

Folded, the tripod measures 80 cm and weighs about 3.4 kg. It is built first of all for the stability of a professional camera setup, and non-slip rubber feet hold it in place.

Twin legs and a center spreader

Three sections with large lever locks set the height from 75 to 155 cm. Twin tubes add torsional rigidity and the center spreader keeps the legs in geometry when panning and on uneven ground.

Quick-release plate with 1/4″ and 3/8″ screws

The plate has 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 screws for video cameras, still cameras, cages and smaller cine rigs. A separate 1/4″-20 thread lets you add a monitor or a light accessory.

Fluid head with a handle

The head offers 360° panning and tilt from −75° to +90°. The removable handle gives smooth control and the built-in bubble level helps set the horizon precisely. The 75 mm half-ball lets you level the horizon quickly without readjusting all three legs.
