The Ulanzi LM004 is a ring light designed specifically for the DJI Osmo Pocket 4. It attaches magnetically and is powered by the camera body’s contact pins —it doesn’t have its own battery that you’d need to charge, and it’s turned on through the camera’s menu. Switch the color temperature between 2500 K (warm light), 4400 K (natural), and 8500 K (cool), and adjust the brightness in three steps. This lets you match your skin tone to the environment—whether under incandescent bulbs or neon lights.

Controlled from the camera

The light has no buttons of its own. It’s turned on directly from the camera: swipe down from the top to open the control center, where you can adjust the light, color temperature, and brightness.

Powered by the contact pins

It draws power from the camera body via the contact pins. It doesn’t have its own battery, so there’s nothing to charge, and it adds no extra weight or cables to your bag.

Illuminance reaches 93 lx at 30 cm at 8500 K. That’s enough to illuminate faces at a table, for a group shot, and for a nighttime street shot where the camera would otherwise have to use a high ISO.
