The plane of focus under your control

Tilting the optics angles the plane of focus away from the sensor plane. The sharp zone then runs diagonally through the frame while the rest of the scene falls out of focus – selective focus right in the camera.

Tilt the optics up to ±8°

The Tilt mechanism tilts the optics by up to 8° to either side. The plane of focus turns relative to the sensor, and you decide where the sharp zone runs through the frame and what stays out of focus.

F1.4 aperture and 13 aperture blades

The aperture is set manually from F1.4 to F16. Wide open, the shallow depth of field separates the subject from the background, and the 13 blades form an almost circular aperture.

Focusing is fully manual, with a minimum focus distance of 0.5 m. Together with the tilt, you fine-tune which part of the scene is sharp directly from the image in the viewfinder or on the screen.
