Tilta Dual IGT Plate Kit for Boulder Camera Cart - Black

The Tilta plate TC-DPK-B is a full-size IGT-standard insert for the side table of the Boulder Camera Cart (IGT Outdoor Expansion Module). It covers the entire cutout of the table, turning the frame into a continuous work surface for lenses, a monitor or small accessories. It drops in and comes out without tools, and a tab on the back locks it in the frame so it does not fall out when the table is folded down.

The Tilta Dual IGT Plate Kit is a plate for the side table of the Boulder Camera Cart. The table (IGT Outdoor Expansion Module) is a frame with an IGT-standard cutout that takes inserts — and this plate is the basic one: it covers the whole cutout and turns the table into a flat work surface. The plate is part of the Boulder Indie Kit and of the IGT Plate Expansion Module Kit; on its own it serves as a spare or as a second plate for another table.

Full-size plate for the side table

The plate covers the entire IGT cutout of the Boulder cart's side table and turns it into a continuous surface for lenses, a handheld monitor, tools or batteries. It drops into the frame from above and comes out just as easily without tools, so the table switches in a moment between a flat plate and another IGT insert — a basket, a cutting board, a stove — depending on what the cart has to do right now. The plate comes in a black finish like the other Boulder parts.

Tab against falling out

On the back of the plate is a small adjustable tab: once engaged it holds the plate in the frame, so the cart's side table can be folded down without the plate falling out. In transport it stays in place and does not need to be removed. The plate follows the IGT standard, so it also fits other tables and frames that use this standard; the aluminum alloy body stands up to loading and the ride in the case.

The Tilta Boulder cart

The Boulder Camera Cart is an aluminum camera cart with a 400 kg payload that assembles without tools and folds into a case with its own wheels after the shoot. The posts are 40mm speed rails, the crossbars follow the NATO and Manfrotto standards and the trays carry 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads — that is where every accessory of the Boulder family mounts, including this one.
