The SWIT KA-R30B is a high-load 28V B-mount hot-swap adaptor designed for ARRI ALEXA MINI and MINI LF cameras. Featuring a built-in 32Wh internal battery, 200W constant load support, and multiple regulated power outputs, it enables seamless battery hot-swapping without powering down the camera.

The SWIT KA-R30B is a professional-grade 28V B-mount hot-swap adaptor engineered specifically for integration with ARRI ALEXA MINI and MINI LF camera systems. Designed for high-demand cinema production, the KA-R30B provides uninterrupted power during battery changes, eliminating the need to shut down the camera.

Equipped with internal 28V regulated 32Wh (3Ah) battery cells, the adaptor supports a constant 200W high load and guarantees at least 2 minutes of hot-swap runtime—even after extensive charge cycles. When the external B-mount battery is removed, the KA-R30B automatically supplies a stable 28V output via the LEMO 8-pin connector, ensuring continuous camera operation.

An integrated LCD screen displays a 120-second countdown during battery replacement. Once a new battery is attached, the internal cells recharge automatically and the timer resets—ready for the next swap.

The KA-R30B also functions as a multi-output power hub, offering:

• 2 × 14V regulated D-tap outputs

• 1 × 14V regulated 2-pin LEMO output

• 1 × 5V/2A USB-A output

Housed in a CNC-machined aluminum unibody case, the adaptor ensures durability, efficient heat dissipation, and multiple circuit protections for safe operation in demanding production environments.

Note: RAB-1 Clamp 2 (K2.0023406) is required for installation but not included.
