The SmallRig 3020 adapter cable turns a camera's mini HDMI (C) port into a full-size HDMI (A) socket and bolts to a cage with two 1/4"-20 screws, so the camera port takes no strain. It handles 4K at 60 Hz and the cable is just 3.6 mm thick.
