SmallRig Fill Light for Action Cameras 5446C

A small LED fill light for action cameras, Osmo Pocket cameras and phones. Version 5446C comes with a cold shoe mount featuring a knurled ring. It attaches to the camera’s magnetic interface with a magnet, and elsewhere via a cold shoe, the 1/4"-20 thread or the included metal adhesive plate. Three color temperatures from 3000 to 6500 K, CRI ≥ 95 and a 500 mAh battery charged over USB-C.

The light weighs 21 g without the mount and uses sixteen LEDs – eight warm and eight cool. At 0.3 m it delivers 240 lx, enough to light a face in a vlog, food on the table or details at dusk.

Magnetic, straight onto the camera

The built-in neodymium magnet holds the light on the action camera’s magnetic interface without any extra mount.

Cold shoe mount

Version 5446C comes with a cold shoe mount featuring a knurled ring, so the light sits in the cold shoe of a cage, grip or phone holder.

Metal adhesive plate

On devices without a magnet, stick on the included metal adhesive plate and the light attaches to it magnetically – on the Osmo Pocket 3, for example.

One button cycles through 3000 K, 4500 K and 6500 K as well as the two brightness levels.

Color rendering index CRI ≥ 95 and sixteen LEDs in two light colors.

USB-C charging

The 3.7 V / 500 mAh battery lasts 65 minutes, or up to 4.5 hours at minimum brightness.

Warm, daylight and cool light

Warm 3000 K for evening ambience, 4500 K for natural daylight and 6500 K for a cool fill. Color temperature tolerance is ±300 K.

Two brightness levels

A short press of the button switches between softer and stronger light, so you can match it to the distance and the scene.

500 mAh battery

The built-in 3.7 V / 500 mAh (1.85 Wh) battery lasts 65 minutes, or up to 4.5 hours at minimum brightness. It charges over USB-C (5 V, 0.4 A); the light does not work while charging.

One-button control

A long press of the button turns the light on and off; a short press while it is on cycles color temperature and brightness. The indicator lights red while charging and green when fully charged; during normal operation it stays off.

Dimensions

With the cold shoe mount, the light measures 35.3 × 52.3 × 25.0 mm.
