The set brings together the filters most often used with this kit, so they need not be bought one at a time and all mount the same way. Exactly what is included is listed below. The filters can be used individually, depending on what the scene calls for.

Four grades of the same effect build on one another: 1/8 only takes the digital edge off, 1/4 lights the area around highlights into a fine veil, 1/2 adds more, and the full stop turns a night scene into a dream. Across one shoot you can keep the same signature and simply pick the strength by how many lights are in the scene.

The filters hold magnetically and can be stacked, so a swap is done without unscrewing and without touching the glass.

There are twenty-two layers on both faces of the glass; according to the maker it is these that keep colour identical across the whole set, so takes shot through different filters can be cut together.
