The SmallRig 3668B basic cage kit for the Sony Alpha 7R V, 7 IV and 7S III combines a cage, top handle and HDMI cable clamp. It protects the body, eases low-angle work and adds 1/4"-20, ARRI 3/8"-16, cold shoes and NATO rails.

SmallRig Basic Cage Kit for Sony Alpha 7R V / Alpha 7 IV / Alpha 7S III 3668B is designed to facilitate low-angle shots and protect the camera while offering a wide range of accessory mounts. It includes a cage, an HDMI cable clamp and a top handle. The top handle feels comfortable and makes carrying and low-angle shooting easy.

1/4"-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes, cold shoes, NATO rails and a QD socket support the monitor mount 2294, microphones, LED lights, the monitor mount 2903B and NATO accessories. The HDMI cable clamp mounts onto the left side of the cage via one 1/4"-20 screw and two locating pins, which prevents deflection; a thumbscrew fixes the cable to protect the interface and ensure stable signal transmission.

Holes on both sides of the cage allow hand straps to be attached. The cage comes with a built-in magnetic flat-head screwdriver and hex spanner for easy assembly and disassembly.

Installation notes

1. After fixing the 1/4"-20 screw at the bottom of the cage, remove the anti-deflection pin from the staging hole at the battery compartment and fix it in the corresponding position.
2. To use the side lock adapter of the cage, please remove the split ring on the left side of the camera first.
3. On the Alpha 7R V the HDMI cable clamp interferes with the sync terminal.
