The EW-DX EM 2 Dante is a two-channel receiver with a Dante networked audio interface. Audio leaves over the same network cable as control, so an installation loses analogue runs and gains the option of routing the signal anywhere on the network.

What the EW-DX range shares

Digital transmission at 24 bits, 1.9 ms latency and 134 dB of input dynamic range — which is why there is no sensitivity to set on the transmitter. The band is up to 88 MHz wide, the link is encrypted with AES-256, and a BA 70 battery lasts twelve hours, AA cells eight.
