The Nikon Z 58mm f/0.95 S NOCT lens is designed for photographers and filmmakers demanding the ultimate in low-light performance and optical precision. Its ultra-fast f/0.95 aperture allows beautifully shallow depth of field, precise background separation, and exceptional performance in extremely low-light conditions, making it perfect for portraits, nightscapes, and astrophotography.

The lens incorporates ARNEO and Nano Crystal coatings to suppress vertical and transverse light, minimizing flare and ghosting. A precision aspherical optical element with a large diameter and high refractive index corrects image defects, while fluorine coatings repel water, dirt, and moisture without compromising image quality. The 17-element / 10-group optical construction ensures sharp, detailed rendering of point light sources even at full aperture.

The lens is built for professional use with a high-precision focus ring providing smooth, natural torque, an OLED lens information panel displaying aperture, focus distance, and depth of field, and an intuitive control ring with assignable functions.
