The Nikon NIKKOR Z 400mm f/4.5 VR S is an S-Line super-telephoto lens for FX-format Nikon Z mirrorless cameras that weighs just 1,160 g without the tripod collar. Optical VR rated at 5.5 stops and a centre of gravity close to the camera body make handheld wildlife and sports shooting practical. With the Z TC-1.4x or TC-2.0x teleconverter, the focal length extends to 560 or 800 mm.
