Product description

The Manfrotto 047-3 is a 3.6 m (12 ft) two-section aluminum background core designed for uncored paper or cloth rolls, featuring pre-applied adhesive tape for instant sticking and compatibility with the Manfrotto Expan drive system—delivering a lightweight, rigid solution for wide seamless backgrounds.

The Manfrotto 047-3 Two-Section Alu-Core inserts directly into uncored Colorama, Savage, or similar paper rolls up to 3.66 m length. The high-strength aluminum tube (two interlocking sections) keeps the roll perfectly straight and prevents sagging, while the factory-applied double-sided adhesive tape grips the paper instantly—no more messy gaffer tape. Simply slide the core into the roll, connect both ends to Manfrotto Expan drives (or chain/hook systems), and pull fresh paper as needed.
