Manfrotto Single Arm 2 Section with Camera Bracket

The Manfrotto 196B-2 positions a compact camera, monitor or small light on a telescopic two-section articulated arm with a maximum reach of 60.5 cm. At full extension, the manufacturer's load limit is 1 kg; the general payload specification is 1.5 kg. Each section locks independently, and the included removable 143BKT camera bracket provides a practical mount for tabletop, macro and product photography. The 530 g arm connects to a compatible Super Clamp through its 16 mm bottom stud. Top and bottom also provide 3/8″ and 1/4″ female threads respectively; select the mounting point and load to suit the complete setup.

CAMERA BRACKET INCLUDED

SEPARATE JOINT LOCKS

Adjust the sections independently, then tighten each joint for the required angle and reach. Telescopic adjustment helps place a small light or camera around a tabletop subject without moving the supporting clamp.

MATCH THE MOUNT

The bottom has a 16 mm male stud and a 1/4″ female thread; the top has a 16 mm male stud and a 3/8″ female thread. Choose a compatible clamp or base and respect the lowest load limit in the complete assembly.

POSITIONING AND MOUNTING IN PRACTICE

Position a small camera, monitor or light without placing a tripod in the working area. The two telescopic sections lock independently and extend to 60.5 cm. Observe the 1 kg limit at full extension; the manufacturer's general payload specification is 1.5 kg.

The removable 143BKT camera bracket is part of this package, not an optional extra. Its camera screw and positioning adjustment make the arm useful for compact camera rigs and product setups. Remove the bracket when a compatible accessory requires the arm's top 16 mm stud or 3/8″ female thread. A Super Clamp or other suitable base is purchased separately.
